In lieu of cooking a huge Easter dinner, my family and I went out for dinner (gasp!). This is a big effing deal-burgeoning on blasphemy. I didn't have a mouth-watering spread to photography this year, but when you need content-you still have to do something! After googling "eggs" (how lazy is that?), I found a recipe for Beet-Stained Deviled Eggs. Not only do the hard boiled whites turn a delightful rose and fuschia pink, but it was incredibly easy to do.
